VACCINES
At Pagoda Japanese Chin we strongly believe that every puppy should be vaccinated
in order to be ready to live in a healthy way, surpassing the risk of contract common illness that can cause serious health issues or even death. Next, the vaccine protocol I use in every Pagoda Japanese Chin Puppy: 4 Week NEOPAR 5 Week NEOPAR 6 Week 5 - 1 * *(Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type 2-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine Modified Live Virus). Puppies should be revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. I never vaccine young puppies for Leptopirosis. Leptospira is a “killed” vaccine and is associated with clinically significant adverse reactions. You should discuss this issue with your dog's vet. Since I started using NEOPAR I had no Parvovirus cases in my puppies. WARNING: I'm not intend to prescribe any vaccine protocol. The above protocol is the one I use in all my puppies. You should consult your veterinary in any treament you will use in your dogs (including vaccines).  |
